Friend With Tax Lien- Any Possibilities???
Any ideas??
My friend's home has a tax lien on it for about $12k, she owes about $70k, and the property is worth around $95k. She is almost to foreclosure- 3 payments behind. She is interested in moving out and possibly renting the property out. The title is in her husband's name only- they are separated.
Does anyone see any possibilities with this situation? We have one property that we currently have rented out. It seems to me that we should be able to work something out that would be beneficial to all. Any suggestions would be appreciated greatly!!!
