    i vagely believe the site may have been http://www.myhud.c0m but i dont think the free hud software works anymore. they probably cought on pretty quick.

    SSP. hudclips isnt working anymore either. it redirects me to a airline ticket site or some junk site.[ Edited by ZinOrganization on Date 02/09/2005 ]

    I would report this to the authorities at once. The fuel oil delivery company can fix the leak, and issue an estimate for the study to dtermine the cost for the clean up. Use the estimate for clean-up, as well as other things, in your quest for short sale approval. Take plenty of pictures of the discolored floor puddling with oil.

    She may already have insurance from the fuel oil company to cover it. If not she should call today and attempt to get it.

    Even lf you follow the most conservative advice and you still want the property, you need to deed it in the name of a trust, not accept the deed personally.

    Dealing with my own abandonded corroded oil tank the top estimate with slight "hot spot" between 7-13,000. If the groundwater is involved the homeowners insurance policy would have kicked in because of 3rd party contamination. In my case no groundwater so all my responsibility. Superfund money is available if aside from own home your networth is below 200 and income is below 200. Also you may not own more than 10 Underground storage tanks.

    To M Sanchez;
    NO, it is absolutely NOT worth $ 330,000-350,000.

    It might be worth that IF it did not have such a huge and dangereous LIABILITY. But, as the saying goes, IF is the biggest two letter word in the dictionary.

    As is, if you were to purchase that and were not prepared to financially and emotionally handle the clean-up costs, the pre-clean up and post clean up testing costs, or the fines, legal action and possible jail time if it was not cleaned, then you would be better off just finding another way to make your killing. Otherwise, it just may kill you ( as a manner speaking )..

    Thank You.
