THOUGHT WHILE I WAS ON A ROLL AND WAITING FEEDBACK I WOULD LIST A GREAT SITE I HAD NOT COME ACROSS BEFORE. ITS REALTOR.COM I PUT IN ZIP CODE AND SPECS AND GOT 20 COMPS ALL CLOSE IN. HOPE THIS HELPS SOME OF YOU. JERRY

I certainly appreciate the info. I know I'm not a moron. I logged on to realtor.com and couldn't figure out how to get the comps you said were there. Please help me out, and stop laughing. Just kidding.
For my area, Realtor.com used to list comps but now does not. The link is still there but you can't get through.
I use domania.com. They are pretty accurate.
