Free Example Letters And Postcard
This is what you have all been asking for: free examples of postcards and letters.
Here is what I have posted for you to download from the freebies section here on TCI:
#1 - A postcard for general use in finding motivated sellers. This is for mailing to a list of individuals who are likely to be selling a house and hopefully likely to be motivated. This postcard is designed to get the really motivated ones to call you so you can pursue buying their home.
#2 - A letter for sending to owners of vacant homes.
#3 - A handwritten letter for pre-foreclosure leads. Handwritten gets attention. I DO NOT handwrite them myself. I actually print them. This can be used by mail or left at the door.
These are examples from my own marketing arsenal. They are from the 13+ examples in my marketing course/system available here on TCI. So this is good stuff.
You can download these by going to the TCI marketing freebie page here:
http://www.thecreativeinvestor.com/residential/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=10
They are titled:
*Example Handwritten Letter to Pre-Foreclosures
*Example Letter to Owners of Vacant Homes
*Example Postcard to Find Motivated Sellers
Enjoy!

jason, the handwritten example looks cool.
tell me more about the free vacation stuff? how do you set that up? im sure that helps increase your callback ratio!
Very nice. Very much appreciated.
I was actually able to find free 3-day/2-night vacations without having a sales pitch to listen to or any small print like that. There are hotels that just want to fill "empty rooms" and will give them free to new customers. The only limitation is that there are select destinations to choose from.
When I was in Salt Lake City I used to emphasize Las Vegas since it was within driving distance and most people enjoy visiting there.

as far as most profitable i would say pre-foreclosures. they are the most motivated to sell at a steep discount. i guess short sales are included in this category since the onwners are in pre-foreclosure.
There are all kinds of theories out there, nods and absentee owners seem to be the main hittters.
However, although we send a ton of mail out, our TV, demographic is female 35-60, and full page newspapers ads are buy far the best return on investment.

Full page first page of the classified section full color. It costs 4600 a week and would trade it for any other campaign where I want instant gratification.
