Found A HUD Home, Need Some Advice?
I have just found a HUD home that is listed for 67,000. I know that I can bid for 87 percent of the price with 6 percent commission. The house sold for 92000 previously ,and 85000 before that. Shoud I pursue this further,its been on the list for over a month now?
