I realize that some of you probably sell these forms here.....but a forum to maybe explain the diffrences in some of these forms, ie. lease option/purchase option, purchase contract/equity purchase contract.....that would be kewl, just a thought.

We have bounced the computers load onto multiple computers. YaY!!! This is the first step in having a big cluster serving up the website.
We want to provide close to 99.9999% uptime with all www.PropBot.com websites.
If your viewing the website at 2 AM in the morning, that is when we are doing system updates, property analysis, and database backups. So we assume that not a lot of people will be on, thus the slowdown.
