Forms For Lease Options?
Does anyone know where to obtain a complete set of forms for:
1) the lease option and sublease deals between the owner of the property and myself
2) the lease option between myself and the tenant buyer that will be leasing and occupying the property
3) the eventual purchase of the property by the tenant buyer and subsequent fulfilling of the original lease option in #1

I would recommend Bronchick's forms. Then go to a FL RE Attorney and have them check the forms and make any modifications to the forms.
You can also find a RE Attorney that already has forms but most likely it will cost you more. Usually they will take the standard Lease Agreement from the FL Bar and modify it.
