Forming a LLC using a CPA
We recently formed a LLC in Washington State using a CPA instead of an attornery. Any thoughts from anyone whether this is a bad idea. Coincidently, during the time we formed the LLC we are in the process of closing the refinance. The Bank so far doesn't have any problems with the documents submitted (that were solely provided to us directly from the CPA since he has done several others before ours).
