Form Of Florida Mobile Home Note
I have read this book Deals On Wheels and I have limited funds to buy a low cost MH to resell with financeing. Obviously having the proper (Note) form is very important to protect yourself when selling a MH to someone. The Deals on Wheels Book includes a basic form but not legal to any specific state. Does anyone know a way to get an exmple of a MH Note specific to Florida short of having a lawyer write one up ? Maybe a mobile home dealer or a MH Note buyer ? I mean you could go to a lawyer and pay alot and if this is not his or her expertise you still not get the best Note form to protect yourself .....
