There is a house that will sell on the court house steps the 15th of Sep., I have driven by and the location is good the outside looks good but how do I get a look inside?
Your best bet would be to try and locate the homeowner by contacting the neighbors or simply stop by the house and see if a window or door may be open.
I simply knock on the door let them know that I am looking to buy a home in their neighborhood and ask them if they would consider selling their home. I hand them my business card and also state that I do pay a finder's fee of up to $5,000 if any body finds me a home to purchase and I am able to make a deal.
