Where Do I Get A List Of Sale Dates For Foreclosures In Orange County Florida?
Hello All. I am presently a rehabber and would like to start buying homes at the auction with cash. I Went to the Orange County court house and studied the auction taking place on various single family homes in orange county. Question: Where do I get the list that has the sale date and property address on it so I can preview the properties before attending the auction?
also.. this may sound like a dumb question as I am new to the auction format.... There were about 15 guys in the small room of the courthouse bidding on these properties. Most had their lap tops open and were working as the auction was going on. What are they doing with their lap tops?
Hi .The Tax foreclosure listing can be obtain by going to the Comptrollers department website and view the listing under tax deed sales. Mortgage Foreclosures listings can be obtained by going to the County Clerk of Courts website for Orange County FL.
