where can i get the forms
i am in seattle and i have a seller who is definetly pre foreclose
so where do i get the release forms
there is one ? about the land it collects runoff from the neighborhood so i guess this can be fixed i will look at it today but if the assd land is 24k would it be improper to say that 7k +/- would be needed off the value to fix the problem
it has two notes one for 10k and the other for 90k so how much below price should i negot for i was playing with numbers and came up with the assd value @ 84k so i thought that i would start @ 67k and see what happens
can i get a second look from a bank at this price i plan to take photos comps and all that has been mentioned from this site
