What Would Be Best Route To Take?

currently I have a line of credit for 1.8 million via rental properties which I plan to use to finance aquisitions via the pre-foreclosure market in the Chicago-land area and surrounding suburbs, but do not have time for the grunt work involved. I have access to a daily database for new foreclosure listing, along with all the information required.

What is the best way to find individuals willing to use my line of credit to fund pre-foreclosures with some form of partnership?

I contemplated the idea of hiring a small staff, but I have no knowledge of the pre-foreclosure market yet, strictly dealt with rentals in the past.

Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.
