Wells Fargo,where U At?
Trying to get an after auction property. 8Yr old note for 40k, and FMV at 120k. Auction was 10 days ago and can't find out if it even sold. Wells Fargo in S.F. transfers to several depts and you end up at REO and it's just a recording.How can I make an offer if it didn't sell if I can't talk to a listing agent? Anybody ever dealt with Wells Fargo in S.F..............Gee
