Voluntary Vacancy Agreement
I am trying to have a tenant voluntary vacate a property. Since the tenant could be very litigious, my lawyer suggested I have them sign a "voluntary vacancy agreement" -- cost is $300-$450 ($450 if rent control) for one of these forms. Ouch! Do anyone one have these forms available? If not, I might just have to bite the bullet. Thank you!!!
