Using Various Foreclosure Sites
would like some advice on using the various foreclosure sites in general since i'm not allowed to post them. specifically, are they worth the money or are these just old lists. i live in so. cal. and would appreciate your responses. thanks t.d.

I would recommend reading the archives on this subject and going through the posts by a famous gentleman here named LUFOS, as he is from CA and knows the ins and outs quite well for your state. He has imparted huge amounts of wisdom in this area and on this site in general. He has given sources for finding anything you can think of in the REI www.realm.There are also many knowledgable people here, utilize the most powerful and best priced tool in your arsenal...TCI!
