If this post was just a bit more unclear, it would make as much sense as Chinese for me
if you had a little bit more tact you might be human. you must be a "short" man. why take the time to reply just to be rude.
The Title Co. acting as Trustee failed to preform as instructed by the Beneficiary the Lender. The sale can be cancelled on any complaint by the High Bidder at sale you could have an interesting legal action. But the end result is the sale is canceled and you have a little more time to get your act together. sell the house, make money and cure foreclosure. Try for another borrowing and give yourself time with no payment so you can correct your present time situation. I have the feeling they will not play again. The title Co. is a little sloppy but wot the hell, I would have prepared new documents. I like your lender his instructions are those of a menche. No more fees, good man.
Hope you can correct in time. I wish you the best.

sle3720, it wasn’t rude, it was just arrogant of me. I do agree on that. It would also help all of us if people took the time to read what they wrote so they don't sound like complete illiterates. Just a sign of courtesy you know...
Thank you. Yes, I should have read it first. Not an excuse, it was my first post though. Unfortunatly, when speaking I happen to talk fast and do quite a bit of talking before thinking. I do enjoy having the forum to seek advise, thanks again.
