Transfering Deed To LLC

My partner and I will be closing on a property in a week. How can I transfer title/deed out of our names and into our LLC?

    You could have your closing attorney draw up a deed and have both deeds recorded at the same time. This would actually be the easiest way. They would fill in the deed book volume and page number and then record the deed in the LLC.
