Title Searching In Arizona

If one is interested in investing in a forecloser they should know something about the property. OK, what kind of title search would I need ?, ie., basic, complete or ?.
How does one obtain this info?, ie., title company, court house, computer software from county recorder?

Thanks to you I found this today, http://www.maricopa.gov/assessor/gis/
Click on this site, click on interactive maps, zoom in to the actual property your searching. this will give you the taxes, value, use, last sold for, name of owner and his address.
If your searching in maricopa county arizona this should be of great help.
    Thanks, john

Very funny Mad :-D! Are you in one of those areas where one has to bid above the asking price in order to get the property? Thanks

In South FL, you have to bid close to 30-40% above the price, it is ridiculous.

Does anyone here live in an area where HUD are good deals? I would like to know where.

any title problems? The house is a condo/townhome with HOA dues. I read a thread on TCI about problems with HUD & HOA past dues.
