THE EQUITY PURCHASE AGEEMENT
Is anyone in here smart enough to know whether or not an equity purchase agreement is allowed to be used in Pennsylvania, after a NOD is filed which starts the foreclosure process.
If not, are you atleast aware if an E.P.A is allowed in your state after a NOD is filed.
Also has anyone in here ever used an equity purchase agreement before instead of the regular standard purchase agreement. If so enlighten me, and share your story with us!
