Tax Deed Contact Question
This is an odd question but my County lists the tax deed sales results on their website along with the property value, owner name, address and how long it has been delinquent. Tax deed sales are not my thing as they get bid down to .025% and there is some seriously firece competition so thats not what I am interested in.

<br />What I was thinking about was going through the list and finding properties that were a few years behind and contacting the owners to see if they are interested in selling.

<br />Has anybody done this before?
<br />Does it sound like it might be a good idea or just a waste of time?
