Talking House
I have been looking at the "Talking House" machines that broadcast onto an AM signal so that potential buyers can listen to your homes features from their cars.
Have any of you used them? and if so what was your experience?

Never heard of that particular "talking house." Several real estate agents in this area do talking houses, though, a bit different.
Basically, they set up voice mailboxes and each house gets a number. The caller dials in, and listens to the recording.
We also have a local cable channel where you can list your house and have a few pictures of it that show on TV.
I think the best approach I've seen, though, is the "virtual tour" method where you have a website and each house has a "walkthrough."

I've seen the signs for "Talking Houses". The problem is, the person looking at the house has to turn his radio to AM, FIND that channel, then HOPE it works. It's a pain, and I'd be willing to bet 95% of people don't go thru all that. I've done it twice, and both times there was nothing on that channel, so I won't do it again. Personally, I wouldn't waste my money buying one....
Thanks,
I have been looking at the virtual tour method and thought that would be a good way to do it as well.
