So What's The Advantage To The Owner
I have seen the flyers that advertise to "buy your house". So what is the deal here? Do they usually pay what is left on your loan or just the fair market value? Then what? The ex-owner is left with the rest of the loan to pay? I am confused?
Investors leave it ambiguous enough so that people call and find out more info. Each situation may be different. Investors are problem solvers and the people that call those ads typically have a problem. Best way to find out is to call these guys and if you are interested in learning more about investing, pick their brains.
