Siding
I was offered 0% financing for a year for siding. The house currently has very old asbestos siding which I can just cover over with vinyl siding.
The question is is it worth putting in 22k for this? My assumption is I will refi in a year or so before the payments are due and have the appreciation cover it. I can cover the cost out of pocket of course but not looking to.
If anybody can shed any light on this it would be much appreciated.
