Short Sale: Quick & Easy Questions
I read that Short Sales are few and far between in a Sellers Market. Are they right?
Can I get an ATR form from the lender?
Someone have a form that they can send to me? hhequity4u@yahoo.com">hhequity4u@yahoo.com - I have read other posts with similar queries - one link is outdated and the other is to the Freebies section. I already checked the Freebies section for an Authorization to Release form - did not find anything.
I don't plan to SS anytime soon. But learning something new before the process becomes hot again is always a plus-- right? 
If you do a little research, it's not that hard to find a ATR form. You could go to www.google.com and type in lender and "authorization to release". The very first match will show give you an easy to fill out form.
I'm e-mailing you a simple copy of the form.

I got the form from the Google search...Guess, I was being premature about asking SS questions before the adequate amount of research.
