Short Sale Negotiating Service
Anyone knows of an individual, company or law firm experienced in short sales that will handle the actual negotiating of the short sale with the lender, and be willing to get paid a fee upon the closing of the short sale.
Assuming they are good, I'm thinking this may be a more efficient approach because, I would let an expert take care of something, that frankly I am not experienced at, to increase the likely of success, and allowing me more time to find deals.
Any ideas, thoughts, recommendations?

From your confident reply I sense you have a lot of experience in short sales, can you explain your technique/approach and experiences/road blocks for the forum?

I work as a hired gun for investors and speculators... but never on a contingency fee basis.
