Selling My Home

I have a 1999 Skyline that was purchased brand new in July 1999. We are having a home bulit and are having a difficult time trying to find a buyer. Is there anyone out there that would be interested in purchasing this home from us? Book value is around $26,000, we owe $33,000.

    Is the book value only on the mobile? And is there land with that? Also where is it located? State, City? To get a better response you should also post this on the TCI realty section as well.

    This is the book value on the mobile home only. Location is in Edwardsville, Kansas....a small community about 10 miles away from Kansas City, Missouri.
