Sample Letter To Landlord Whose Property Is To Be Foreclosed
I need an advise on what is the best way to approach a property owner whose property is to be foreclosed. From experience I found out that many of these people are very frustrated (I understand the reason for this. I don't know of anyone who would like his/her property to be foreclosed on him).....For this reason many of them don't want to talk to you over the phone, even though we are in a business of helping people and make our own liitle profit in the process.
So, in a nutshell, I need to know the best approach to reach these people. is there any "cookie cutter" methods that generally work? :-?
