REOs/Ocwen
Has anyone here had experience purchasing or trying to purchase VA REOs since Ocwen took over disposing them? Any deals or pretty much retail? Or does it vary depending on the property, offer, repetition, etc. Are they easy to deal with (through the agent)?
What about regular REOs through Ocwen? Any different?

I made an offer the place was in pretty good shape but they were charging current market . 1466SqFt for 154000. It wasnt that good of a deal.
