Reconveyance?

I have been checking county records to see if there are leins on some of the properties I am thinking about getting at the auction. I keep seeing reconveyance documents listed under the owners name just wondering what this means, and does it affect me in any way if I want to buy the house???

A reconveyance in Washington usually means a deed of trust has been paid and the security is being released.

johnbriscoe is correct. A reconveyance is filed when a note has been retired or paid in full.
But more importantly, from the nature of your inquiry, I would strongly encourage you to get a copy of teh TSG from the trustee that is conducting the sale to make certain that title is the way you believe it to be.

    Thank you for the info!
I am not really sure what a tsg is to check the title.
Can I just get a prelim title report from a title company to see if the title is clean?
