Quick Question--USDA Foreclosure Process/policy
If no one at all bids at the auction for a USDA foreclosure property--single family home--would they just auction it again later, possibly at a lower starting price, or consider a lower over-the-counter offer? It's pretty dumpy. The auction is tomorrow, Thursday. The numbers make sense, but barely, and I'd like a better deal. Thanks.[ Edited by loon on Date 05/04/2004 ]
