Some friends of mine have been served foreclosure papers. They are in bankruptcy chp.13. They have 2 pieces of property that connect to one another. The stay was lifted on both pieces of property because they got behind on one. My question is can they re modify their bankruptcy so that they can keep their house and if they can what exactly is a re modify? :-?
You have to take the 13 to a 7 after the court lifted the stay the bank has already started the FC so they will move forward. Have them contact there Att: soon.
