Question About Buying

I’m a general contractor looking to get into the real estate market. I’m looking to buy properties cheap and fix them myself and resell them. The problem is I don’t have the best credit in the world and not a lot of money to buy with. Can anyone give me any suggestions to get started?

Two Words "Hard Money" you don't have to have the best credit for equity-based lenders.
Click on the lenders link at the top to see if any in your area are listed on here.
Some Hard money Lenders require certain LTV ratio's.
Shop around, you don't have to get the traditional 30 yr mortagage, especially if you're wanting to Rehab Homes.

Hard Money is just one option, don't let your credit score stop you. There are so many ways to finance.

They are a lot of investors in Pgh looking for people like you. There is a meeting at the Radisson in Greentree at 7:00pm 03/02/2004. Try to go there and gather information. It is called ACRE of Pgh
