    I suggest you read a bit before posting such a general question- you will find that many of the posts deal with preforeclosures...

    I was actually wondering were the best source to find out about pre-foreclosures is. I have heard about a few membership based websites but im not sure if they are worth the money

    many title companies publish weekly lists.

    There is also realquest, westlaw, and dataquick.

    Working a local market is always great! Drive bys, Market values, and door knockings are always so close to home! where do you live?
