Pre/foreclosure?
Is any one can recommend me a web site on listing for pre-foreclosure or is better to go directly to the bank, becuase I heard that those web site are not updates????[ Edited by oshag20000 on Date 09/23/2003 ]
The Web sites you speak of can tend to be stale, however depending on your level of knowledge and experience with REI, they can be a good source of basic understanding and a place to start for little invested on your part. You can chase some of them and will get the experience you need to move on the For Pay data services.
