Are you looking to spend money for this list, or do you want to save money. I would suggest finding out if you can access the records from the courthose from the internet and if not, go down there and get them in person. I personally have to go to the courthose to get info, but I dont mind. Try calling the clerk of courts to start with and they should be able to get you started.
    Good luck!

Hi group...I went to the local courthouse and they said that they did not have a list of pre-foreclosures, but rather of only props that were already foreclosed upon. They suggested i go speak to banks about such a list. When I went to threee different banks, they pointed me in the direction of the county courthouse. Am I not asking the correct questions? Please halp.

    Thanks,
    Michelle

    M_Ferguson..
To add to your list..."DataQuick...Realitytrac....or..www.realestateforeclosures.cc...are just a couple.
The approach I use is to get the "title co." to e-mail me also, on a weekly schedule, and use one of the above " to compare notes".
    hoped this helped...mcldavib
