Pre-foreclosure Lists
I'm new. I would like to know how to get pre-foreclosure lists. I tried the county courthouse public records site, but it's hard to navigate. Someone told me I could get them from a title company. They tell me at the courthouse that the names are 1-2 weeks old when they post. I guess the title company gets them like that too? Any way to get them daily?
Well there's always the tried and true method of actually going to the court house and asking the procedure. They sure will tell you, being helpful public servants as they are. Go once a week and get the cases being filed. I am talking, of course, judicial state and looking for new cases involving "foreclosure-marshalling of lien".
