Pre-foreclosure/les pendens
Living in pre-foreclosed property as defendents (former lease-purchase) 3 liens 1st/2nd/tax. Do we need auth to release from owners since court papers are already filed? Our attorney filed a answer to complaint. Owners abandoned property thru C-7. Trustee abandoned propery. We want to buy/living here 2 years. Found out owners filed C-7 through court notification/never listed us as a creditor on C-7. Where do we go from here? 1st mortgage holder already discounted property providing about $50,000 in instant equity. Need advice and guidance. Thanks
