The best place I found for postcards so far is vistaprint.com, I ordered 5000 and they came out great. cost was only $215.

It you are good enough, you can use the site http://www.usps.com and do postcards thru them and have them mail them out as well. I just sent out 61, with them printing and mailing, I believe it was just over $15. Not bad.
All you have to do is create your card, upload a tab-delimited list of your addresses, and then have them send them out.
I had a test card sent to me to see the quality, it was just as if I had printed them myself. I am happy with the product, price, and process. Your mileage may vary.
