One Week Utill Foreclosure Auction Question

Does anyone know if a bank would cancel or hold off a scheduled foreclosure auction if I am able to work out a deal with the owner of the pending forclosed property with about a week or less to go to the auction date? If so, what would I need to show the bank to stop the auction?

In Cali. it is 5 days before the auction, however you can get an postponement of at least 1 month. Show them the money...
I don't do pre can't help you but mutual agreement and benificiary request delays are common and allow for the bank and the individuals to work it out.

If you can show the bank you are a qualified buyer they may postpone the auction. It depends on Pa. law.

PA is 48 hrs (2 days). closer than that, the only recourse is bk.
