With proof of funds available, if the owner of the foreclosure accepts the deal-WHAT DO I DO-i am new and do not have $25k to pay on this Potential $60k profit brick double in a fair neighborhood (comps revealed avg. sale of $80k-$124k in area for brick doubles.
I need the experts advice again-i know you know the answer and waiting on you. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GO TO A SEMINAR AND LEARN ALL THIS EXPERT ADVICE and stop worrying this board with my "petty-HE DO NOT KNOW THAT-i thought everyone knew that" QUESTIONS.
