Need Foreclosure Ed
hi all. i'm new to this site and am interested in learning the foreclosure process. i know some basics, but would like some details. Not really looking to buy a product at this point. Just looking for a good resource.
if someone could provide a link or two, it would be much appreciated.

well if you dont want to invest in a product then get all the free information here. just read all the articles and read the posts.

If you are not to the point where you want to financially invest in your REI education, then I would do what the previous poster suggested and read the articles on this site and visit your local library and soak up the free stuff.
The free stuff will give you all the generalities you can handle. If you get to the point that you are serious about investing in foreclosures, you will eventually need to spend some of your funds on a "specific" education.
I could be way off base here but I take your post to mean that you have not made up your mind if real estate investing is for you. If that is the case, I can see why you don't want to expend funds at this point. Others will offer some suggestions, I'm sure.

Hello Renzo;
This is the best "Freebie" resource site you are going to find on the net. I have found that if your questions aren't too terribly stupid or vague, you will generally get some good answers or leads reagarding your queries..
Also, I don't know about other members, but I am somewhat reticent about replying to either or old or new members who do not fill out their profiles.
