National Property Liquidators

Anybody heard of these people? They supposedly work with developers and builders and buy up houses at discount so the builder can move on to the next phase, then sell them to you with instant equity. AND if you want they will line up pre-approved lease to own client for you. My question is why do they need me? Why are they splitting the profits with me? Any comments or knowledge would be appreciated. Thanks AJ

My first question is how much will it cost you to participate in their program, my second question would be why would you need them when you can do the same without them and my third question would be what's in it for them and my first question may provide the answer.

AJ, Did you hear of this info from Lou Vukas? I heard the same info you did from this person who also said the membership fee was $5900. But he had an exclusive deal to provide his members with the service for free, but you must buy the audio seminar to learn the system( @ $197). I was thinking it was a scam. If it seems like a scam it usually is. I know what your talking about I checked around I haven't seen any info how he actually purchases these properties. I would stay away.
