Mentor needed, will pay if deals close

Don't want to be overly rude, or assuming, but I need a mentor for flipping and know your time is money. I am motivated and have a good area to work. I just need the push, and am willing to give a percentage for the learning. Can anyone help?

    Hi Ging
Where are you located? There are plenty of us who may be willing to help, but it may be more practical for someone within driving distance to help with home inspection and face to face contracting. I've tried mentoring from a distance, but it's not as effective as helping someone you can sit down and talk business with over coffee.

Looking for a mentor in Baltimore, Maryland
I own a duplex and I'm trying to get started. I have done some research over the internet. I have the skills to do repairs and things (Jack of all trades, Master of none)
