Marketing To Homeowners In Bankruptcy
I was wondering if any sends letters to homeowners in bankruptcy? I have been sending letters to homeowners going into foreclosure. Many of these homeowners are currently in bankruptcy or looking to file it in order to stop the foreclosure. I've had more luck with people in bankruptcy looking to dismiss the bankruptcy and sell rather than people who have never filed bankruptcy. If you do market directly to bankruptcy homeowners have you had more responses than just marketing to homeowners going into foreclosure in a couple of weeks?
