looking for forclosure info
hey all wondering if you could help me.
1) I want to find a site that offers free info, or somewhere i can attain free info on forclosures for homes.
2) I want to start investing. And i have little to play with,., Do you think that i can get something with 5k down? thanks again

You can get a lot with $5k. about 40 homes at $10 bucks consideration ea.
Sometimes free info. isn't worth the paper it's written on...There are some good sites that offer quality info. but just get to know your county courthouse.
At least you'll know the info. is accurate..9 x out of 10.
