Locating Owners
Hey Guys
I seems the foreclosure properties I have looked at have been vacant. I have been successful so far talking with the neighbors. However, are there other resources on the internet that could also assist if the neighbors have no clue.

The county records office and your local Title Company can be helpful in finding the ownership of the property. If you are unable to find the owner at the address of record you may have additional success with the process called Skip Tracing. One of the key traits of a successful Foreclosure and Pre-Foreclosure investor is the ability to be an investigator. Personally I find the process intriguing.
