In Freehold, and Toms RIver, respectively. LPs are a matter of public record.

    Try the following search
    http://oprs.co.monmouth.nj.us/oprs/index.aspx
    http://64.241.177.25/ocland/
    www.visitmonmouth.com/sheriff/sale/index.asp

This is so silly and unprofessional.

Yet, another one of your attempts to discredit me but ok I will play1

The 2nd link do a document search for NTCELIS & NOTLIS
    http://64.241.177.25/ocland/

    Click on link above
    Click on search with images
    Click on Public Search
    Click on Document type

Now you can search for NTCELIS & NOTLIS as listed above and yes before you nail me on a technicality if you click on document type list to see that NTCELIS & NOTLIS is notice of defaults.

In addition, if you read the full page of the search we would not have to be playing this little game TheShortSalePro

    Hello All,
I am also very new at this. I am having a difficult time finding a source for pre-forclosures. I am not really sure where to start? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!. Thanks

My county only list Foreclosure sales, is this what you are talking about? These listings will not give you enough time to do a short sale.
