Judgement & Leins

i found a potential house so i decided to look on my county website (phila.) for judgements & leins. the question is if a person has a judgement/lein on another property does that cloud the title 2 my potential property ?
all comments and answer are greatly appreciated thanks

Normally not, to make a lien enforceable on a subject property it needs to be recorded on the subject property.

Send them a letter or knock on their door.

I believe In FL, Judgements and Liens attach to all personal property except homestead property.

Sounds like your using a broker who is tacking on alot of fees I know I wouldnt pay 6k in fees for a 44,900 note thats insane dont forget to add in the fees when you try to resell it.

Here I would pull up their data from the county recorders online site. There I would go to the county office and ask to see the trust deeds etc. THis would let me know what was owed.
I would then send a letter and make a phone call or drive by and knock on the door, or all three.
