How Long Before Making An Offer?
Folks,
From the time you get a call from someone that
is in foreclosure, how long do you take to make an
offer.( Lets assume, there is say a couple of months
left for the court sale date).
Lets also assume that you take the details over the
phone, run comps etc and visit the property.
Do you make an offer on the spot during the
very first visit, contingent on
say Liens/bankruptcy/Title checks???
(or)
Do you wait till you do your homework and then make
an offer at a later point of time
with fewer contingencies??
